About this role
PrimeBox is a fast-growing self-storage and logistics company in Dubai. We offer self-storage units, moving & packing and business fulfilment services. As we scale, we're looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who can convert inbound leads, build partnerships and proactively open new client channels.
What you'll be doing
Own the full sales funnel: follow up with inbound leads and convert them into paying clients
Proactively identify and approach new B2B and B2C clients
Analyse conversion rates, identify drop-off points, and implement improvements
Hit monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Develop and manage referral partnerships
Negotiate and close commercial agreements with partners and direct clients
What we're looking for
2+ years in sales, with experience handling inbound leads
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience with CRM systems
Analytical mindset: you look at conversion data and act on it
Strong communicator in English
