About this role

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Access to some confidential information that could be considered proprietary.

  • Follow mutual nondisclosure agreements with company and supplier

Responsibility for procurement activities to support manufacturing operations

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor or above degree in Business/Industrial/Engineering background

  • At least 2 years of experience in a purchasing role within a manufacturing environment.

  • Preferred the coordination experience with Admin, MRO, Facility, EHS and Logistics.

  • Lead cross-function team projects ability to work in a matrixed organization.

  • Work closely with end user and global team to fully meet the requirements.

Skills

  • Familiar with Vendor management platform (SSP/SRM).

  • Basic Oracle knowledge.

  • Capabilities in reading and writing English. CET-6 or equal capabilities is a must.

  • Follow the global policy and procedure.

  • Continuous yearly cost reduction activities. 

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results independently or working with others.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Experience with networked PC based computer systems.

Working Conditions

  • Works in standard office/manufacturing environment.
  • Exposure to a variety of compounds, solvents and chemicals.

 

Safety Requirements
