About this role

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Analysis

    • Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes across the business unit

    • Provide in-depth financial analysis to support business objectives

  • Performance Management & Reporting

    • Develop and continuously improve FP&A report to support business strategy.

    • Analyse and present actual performance versus forecast and budget to the BU leadership team.

  • Business Partnering & Decision Support

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and challenge assumptions

    • Support strategic and operational decision-making

  • Process Improvement & Controls

    • Enhance financial planning processes, tools, and internal controls

    • Promote efficiency, data accuracy, and standardization

  • Additional Support to Management 

    • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for management initiatives

 

Education & Experience

  • At least 2 years of working experience in Accounting/Finance in manufacturing company 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or in related discipline.

 

Skills

  • Good command of MS Office, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Intermediate-level English
  • Detailed-oriented person, able to work efficiently and accurately.
  • Familiar with Accounting system, knowledge and experience with Oracle ERP system is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
     

Working Conditions

  • Working in office, full time/ Manufacturing company.

 

Physical Requirements

  • Working under high pressure, with independent thinking and an active in working.
