About this role
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure Production line is loaded with enough WIP for continuous flow of activities
- Closely work with Purchasing on the material delivery and ensure customer commits are aligned with any changes on the delivery
- Collaborate and communicate with Engineering, QA, and Production for alignment and addressing the issues/concerns
- Inform the customers for any changes of delivery/shipment commit

Escalate issues/concerns to Planning manager
Education & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in BSIE or its equivalents with at least 4 years of relevant work experience in Semiconductior or Electronics (functional skills)
Skills
- Leadership capabilities to manage a team
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft and formulas, PDCA, 8D, Power BI, and Oracle is an advantage
- Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp.
