About this role

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform process setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure stable production operations.
  • Support daily manufacturing activities by maintaining process parameters within specification.
  • Investigate process-related issues and assist in identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Perform process verification, data collection, and documentation in accordance with established procedures.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI), engineering builds, process qualifications, and validation activities.
  • Work closely with Process Engineers, Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance yield, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies while maintaining good housekeeping practices.

     

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronic, Industrial, Materials, or equivalent).
  • Experience in a semiconductor, electronics, optical, or precision manufacturing environment is preferred.
     

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn new technologies and manufacturing processes.
  • Able to work independently while demonstrating ownership and initiative.
  • Basic knowledge of statistical analysis, SPC, or Lean Manufacturing concepts is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
     

Working Conditions

  • This role is 100% onsite.
  • Able to work in shifts. May be required to support overtime.
  • Required to work in a manufacturing cleanroom environment and comply with all EHS and cleanroom protocols.
