About this role
Công việc:
- Giám sát một hay nhiều công đoạn trong dây chuyền sản xuất thiết bi nhiệt điện (Thermoelectric cooler).
- Quản lý, đôn đốc và bố trí nhân sự trong công đoạn được giao nhằm đạt được mục tiêu số lượng, chất lượng và năng suất.
- Kiểm soát nguyên phụ liệu theo định mức quy định và bảo quản các trang thiết bị được giao.
- Huấn luyện nhân viên mới và kiểm tra các vấn đề chất lượng tiềm ẩn trong công đoạn phụ trách.
- Hỗ trợ các kỹ sư thực hiện các cải tiến quy trình và thao tác nhằm nâng cao năng suất và chất lượng.
Bằng cấp & Kinh nghiệm
- Ứng viên nội bộ: Tốt nghiệp Trung học phổ thông đến Cao đẳng, tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong việc giám sát chuyền sát xuất ở vị trí tương đương.
- Ứng viên bên ngoài: Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp hoặc Cao đẳng, tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong việc giám sát chuyền sát xuất ở vị trí tương đương.
