Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Thực hiện công việc kiểm tra nguyên vật liêu đầu vào.
- Có khả năng sử dụng một số dụng cụ từ đơn giản đến phức tạp trong quá trình kiểm tra khi cần thiết (Caplier, micrometer..).
Education & Experience
- Trung học phổ thông
- 4+ năm kinh nghiệm liên quan trong môi trường sản xuất
- Kỹ năng làm việc theo nhóm.
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc với các dụng cụ cầm tay, kính hiển vi, mỏ hàn, Micromet, VOM, v.v.. Biết sử dụng cơ bản máy Vision, máy CMM là lợi thế
Skills
- Kỹ năng đọc tài liệu và các kỹ năng về toán (cộng, trừ, nhân, chia)
- Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ và khéo léo
- Sử dụng bao ngón tay và găng tay thành thạo.
- Có thể làm việc trong môi trường có sự khác biệt về văn hóa.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và diễn đạt tốt.
- Làm việc với tinh thần cao về kỷ luật, tính chuyên nghiệp.
- Có khả năng làm việc với độ phóng đại tối đa 40X
- Khả năng áp dụng chặt chẽ các hướng dẫn và quy trình đồng thời đưa ra các khuyến nghị để cải tiến liên tục.
Working Conditions
- Môi trường khu vực sản xuất đủ ánh sáng
- Yêu cầu công việc ngồi hoặc đứng, đi tới đi lui tùy theo mức độ công việc
- Trong điều kiện làm việc yêu cầu vươn chiều cao tới vai và phần ngực, hoặc di chuyển tài liệu, vật tư theo yêu cầu công việc
- Yêu cầu công việc tùy theo khu vực đòi hỏi mang trang thiết bị an tòan cá nhân như là: kính an tòan, bịt tai nghe. Giữ khu vục sạch sẽ
- Làm việc trong môi trường có máy lạnh.
- Làm việc trong môi trường sản xuất với số lượng lớn do đó cần thao tác nhanh và chính xác.
