About this role
The Plumber will be responsible for carrying out plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair works across the company’s property portfolio, supporting both maintenances, private and fit-out projects. The role includes troubleshooting plumbing issues, maintaining water supply and drainage systems, and ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
- Installation & Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair water supply, drainage, sanitary ware, and piping systems.
- Fit-Out & Maintenance Support: Execute plumbing works as part of renovation, fit-out, and maintenance projects in coordination with other trades.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose plumbing issues, carry out repairs, and perform corrective maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently.
- Tool & Material Management: Ensure the proper use, maintenance, and storage of plumbing tools, equipment, and materials.
- Safety & Site Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all health, safety, and company procedures.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks assigned by management or the site supervisor.
Requirements
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, sanitary ware, and piping installations.
- Ability to read and interpret plumbing layouts, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Skilled in the use of plumbing tools, equipment, and materials.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
- Attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards.
- A relevant plumbing certification, trade qualification, diploma, or vocational training certificate is mandatory.
- Familiarity with health and safety practices related to plumbing works and construction sites.
- Good English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
