SENIOR PROGRAM/Project Manager

•        Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and governance

•        Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors

•        Manage dependencies with parallel programs (e.g., BSS Transformation)

•        Acceptance governance: define and track acceptance criteria, sign-offs, review cycles, and monthly backlog commitments with vendors

•        Vendor control: ensure clear ownership, dependency mapping, evidence-based progress tracking, and timely escalation across multiple vendors and internal teams.

•        Prepare and present clear, data-driven updates to senior management

•        Ensure hybrid project management discipline and maintain project documentation (Jira, Confluence)

Requirements

•        5+ years of experience in complex IT/Data platform projects

•        Strong knowledge of DWH/DLH concepts and AWS cloud technologies

•        Ability to challenge key DLH delivery topics - from ingestion and data layers to governance, MLOps, knowledge graph, testing, and semantic-layer readiness – without acting as a solution architect.

•        Proficiency in hybrid PM methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira)

•        Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

•        Cross cultural experiences

•        Strategic mindset with the ability to manage inter-program dependencies

PREFERRED:

•        Experience in the telecommunications industry

•        Background in international and multi-vendor project environments
