HR Specialist (French speaking)
About this role
We are looking for a HR Specialist for our multinational partner. As a French
Speaking HR Specialist – People Operations, you will play a key role in
delivering high-quality HR support to employees and managers. You will provide
professional HR advice, manage a broad range of HR operational activities, and
act as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day HR matters related to France.
- Act as a primary point of
contact for employees, managers, and the wider HR organisation for
standard HR queries related to France.
- Independently manage and
resolve standard and complex HR cases, ensuring accuracy, timeliness,
policy compliance, and confidentiality.
- Oversee the administration of
HR-related procedures and processes for the French population.
- Take ownership of defined HR
processes and act as a subject-matter expert within your scope, including
knowledge management and training activities.
- Work closely with other HR
teams to ensure seamless and high-quality employee support.
- Prepare ad-hoc HR reports,
presentations, and documentation as required.
- Act as a role model by
consistently demonstrating and reinforcing Computacenter’s values.
- Collaborate effectively with
local HR colleagues in France.
- Support team coordination
activities and contribute to onboarding processes.
Requirements
- You have professional working
proficiency in French and English (minimum B2 level).
- You have completed a bachelor’s
degree in a commercial, HR, or related field.
- You bring several years of
experience in an HR environment supporting France and have general
knowledge of French HR practices and labour law.
- You demonstrate strong written
and verbal communication skills.
- You show a confident,
service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- You are able to work
independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- You have
strong organisational skills and the flexibility to adapt to
change.
- You take a proactive,
analytical, and solution-focused approach.
- You have experience acting as a
senior or trusted member of an HR team.
- You possess solid MS Office
skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- You maintain a high level of
integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- You have working knowledge of
SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow – any of
these are considered an advantage.
