Our Partner is a multinational company in the field of BSC. They started to expand in Budapest in 2013 and the company currently employs 500+ people. They are serving their customers in 17 different languages with a focus on IT Service Desk, Finance & Accounting, Logistics, Reporting, IT Development and Project Management.

Tasks:

  • Manage disputed invoices for business partners, collaborating with colleagues across Hungary and Germany.
  • Coordinate with resolution teams to ensure timely and effective responses to disputes, driving faster issue resolution.
  • Investigate billing and payment-related issues, working closely with Account Managers and Sales teams to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and conference calls with internal stakeholders involved in the dispute resolution process.
  • Take ownership of dispute cases within a designated customer portfolio, ensuring their successful resolution from start to finish.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights and recommendations to enhance quality, cost efficiency, and employee engagement.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure effective communication and seamless collaboration across teams.


  • Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and German.
  • Passionate about finance, with at least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Dispute Management.
  • Able to identify underlying issues and understand the root cause of problems.
  • A proactive problem solver with strong communication and negotiation skills, committed to delivering results.
  • Skilled in analyzing complex issues, identifying root causes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Results-driven and motivated by achieving measurable improvements in processes and performance.
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong networking skills, with a genuine interest in building relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, enabling effective management of daily responsibilities.
  • Eager to further develop knowledge of SAP and Lean methodologies.
