Our client is a rapidly growing international business group with specialized companies across Europe, North America, and Asia. The group operates across multiple industries and provides innovative, data-driven solutions worldwide.
As part of its growth, a new central marketing hub is being established in Budapest, supporting the group's companies in areas including digital marketing, content, SEO, and CRM.
About the Role
As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the rollout and continuous development of Zoho CRM across the international organization.
You will work closely with sales, marketing, and an external implementation partner, while supporting different business units with CRM setup, automation, lifecycle marketing, lead scoring, reporting, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the rollout and implementation of Zoho CRM across the group
- Work closely with the external implementation partner and internal stakeholders
- Design and manage CRM workflows and automation
- Develop and maintain lifecycle marketing and lead scoring processes
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor CRM performance
- Support different business units in optimizing their CRM processes
- Support integrations between the CRM and other IT or marketing tools
- Act as an internal CRM expert, helping users adopt and make the most of the system
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align CRM solutions with business needs
Requirements
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, including implementation, management, or optimization
- Experience with marketing/sales automation, lifecycle marketing, and lead scoring
- Good understanding of dashboards, reporting, and CRM data
- Experience with CRM integrations is an advantage
- Zoho CRM experience is a plus, but not a must
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable supporting and training users
- Ability to work effectively in an international, multi-company environment
- Fluent English
