About the Opportunity
This role sits within Impact, which catalyzes collaborative philanthropy for effective giving at scale. We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Head of ICONIQ Impact and broader Impact team, serving as a trusted partner while helping the team manage executive priorities, important relationships, and key initiatives.
The Executive Assistant will play an important role in Impact's relationship stewardship across a broad network of business leaders, founders, philanthropists, investors, and other influential stakeholders. This individual will combine exceptional executive support with strong judgment, relationship acumen, and proactive ownership in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted partner to the Head of ICONIQ Impact, proactively managing complex calendars, meeting preparation, travel, and competing priorities across multiple time zones.
- Support important client and donor relationships by identifying engagement opportunities, tailoring communications, coordinating follow-up, and helping advance the team's broader engagement strategy.
- Prepare executive-level meeting research, briefing materials, presentations, and agendas, and synthesize meeting notes and key takeaways for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain relationship and pipeline activity in Salesforce, using data and reporting to track strategic touchpoints, drive follow-up, and support fundraising and business development efforts.
- Drive email and event invitation campaigns from execution through follow-up, including recipient coordination, distribution, response tracking, and maintaining accurate status in Salesforce.
- Draft thoughtful communications for senior leaders, including in urgent, sensitive, and high-stakes relationship situations.
- Build strong relationships with executive support teams and colleagues across ICONIQ, orchestrating collaboration and identifying opportunities for greater coordination and engagement.
- Own systems, processes, and projects that improve team effectiveness, anticipating needs, proactively solving problems, and ensuring important priorities move forward.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5+ years of experience in an executive support role, ideally supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, travel, meeting preparation, and competing executive priorities.
- Experience communicating and coordinating across senior, high-stakes, or complex external relationships.
- Experience supporting relationship-driven teams such as fundraising, business development, investor relations, client service, or similar functions is a plus.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including experience maintaining relationship or pipeline data.
- Experience independently owning projects or processes and coordinating across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong written communication skills and experience preparing polished materials or communications for senior audiences.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and technologies is a plus. We value team members who are curious about leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and drive innovation.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.
Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $120,000 - $140,000, together with the benefits listed above.
