As a Facilities & Admin Coordinator at ICON, you will contribute to our facilities management function, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes across our clinical programmes.

What You Will Do:

You will contribute to facilities and workplace management activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of facilities, including coordinating maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure availability and efficiency.
  • Coordinating office moves, renovations, and space planning activities as needed.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
  • Providing input to the Facilities Manager and administrative team in various projects and initiatives.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant facilities and workplace management experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in facilities management, administrative duties, or related roles is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with facility management software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
