EMEA Regulatory Affairs Specialist
About this role
Role location: This position can be based in Warsaw, Poland, or Barcelona, Spain.
The Responsibilities:
- Conduct regulatory assessments and ensure compliance of raw materials and the mixtures made from them
- Create, maintain, and continuously update product and raw material specifications
- Handle internal and external inquiries about the product portfolio, especially regarding regulatory questions
- Assist in the preparation, implementation, and management of Halal and Kosher certifications
The Requirements:
- Completed scientific degree (e.g., Chemistry, Nutritional Sciences, Food Chemistry, or Food Technology)
- First work experience in Regulatory Affairs or food law is an advantage
- Confident user of MS Office, ideally with SAP experience
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken is mandatory
- Structured and careful working style with a strong sense of quality
- High reliability, initiative, and sense of responsibility
- Strong team skills and good communication abilities
- High commitment and flexibility in daily work
