- Properly manage and exceed assigned revenue/ member base goals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the business.
- Cultivate a high-energy culture through contests and incentive-based motivation.
- Manage, monitor, develop, and evaluate the performance of staff.
- Manage disciplinary actions involving all Icebox studio employees.
- Create relationships with guests to further personalize their experience.
- Ensure that the studio is clean, maintained, and operationally sound.
- Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound.
- 3 years of sales experience required.
- 1 year of management experience is required, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiring, training, supporting, discipline, and termination.
- Solid understanding of membership sales and operational excellence.
- Proven sales leadership.
- Ability to work and function in a team environment.
- Keen on driving sales and service excellence.
- Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns in a fast-paced environment. ·
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Health & Fitness-minded people strongly preferred.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree.
- Be able to lift 50 lbs.
