Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Cleaning Operations Manager to lead and oversee our commercial cleaning services in Greenville, SC. This energetic leader will drive operational excellence, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction across multiple client sites. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for management, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record in supervising janitorial, custodial, or hospitality cleaning teams. Duties
Lead and manage daily cleaning operations across various commercial sites, ensuring adherence to company standards and client expectations.
Supervise and motivate cleaning staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team.
Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and workflows to maximize productivity and quality.
Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective procurement and maintenance.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor cleanliness, safety compliance, and service quality; address any issues promptly.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, resolve concerns swiftly, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of operations, staff schedules, safety protocols, and incident reports to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in commercial cleaning management or custodial supervision within hospitality or janitorial services.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster a positive work environment.
Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, laundry processes, and custodial best practices.
Prior experience managing housekeeping or hotel cleaning operations is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to develop schedules, manage inventories, and oversee multiple sites simultaneously.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with staff, clients, and vendors.
A proactive attitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and implement solutions efficiently.
