About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire a Project Manager (PM) Associate to support external clients throughout the project implementation and software development lifecycle. This role is responsible for managing client statements of work, facilitating requirements analysis and design, baselining project plans, keeping the client informed of project progress, tracking and communicating financial status, ensuring timeline schedule, managing change, mitigating risk, and working with the client to facilitate on time, on budget project deliveries.

 

Responsibilities

· Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams.

· Manage project deliverables to plan, ensuring they are on schedule, within budget, and meet client satisfaction.

· Maintain project financials at or below budget based on client-approved assessments.

· Deliver project timelines on time or ahead of schedule according to plan.

· Manage resources effectively through timely, accurate bookings and coordination of work product delivery.

· Assess, communicate, and manage changes to project scope for client approval.

· Track and achieve productivity, utilization, and margin metrics within established company guidelines.

· Maintain accurate records of resourcing, task management, bookings, time tracking, budgets, timelines, dependencies, and other project details in the project management system.

· Meet established KPIs in alignment with project management requirements.

 

Qualifications

· 4-6 years of experience in project and program management

· Strong knowledge of MS Office Products: (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint and Visio)

· Experience with NetSuite or OpenAir is a plus

· Financial services industry experience is a plus

· Project Management Certification a plus (PMP, CSM, CAPM, SAFe, etc.)

· Six Sigma or Lean process improvement experience is a plus

 

 

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday. This role is based in the greater Denver/Colorado Springs area or our Salt Lake City, Utah office.
