Investor Relations - Assistant Vice President
About this role
- Deliver white-glove investor and advisor servicing throughout the onboarding, subscription, capital activity, and ongoing servicing lifecycle.
- Guide financial advisors and high-net-worth investors through subscription and AML/KYC requirements, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Build trusted relationships with advisors, investors, fund sponsors, custodians, and internal stakeholders through responsive and solution-oriented support.
- Communicate effectively via email, phone calls, and platform-based interactions, translating complex operational and investment-related requirements into clear, actionable guidance.
- Proactively identify onboarding and servicing bottlenecks and resolve issues efficiently to minimize friction and improve client experience.
- Serve as a primary liaison with fund administrators on a daily basis to resolve subscription, capital call, redemption, transfer, reporting, cash reconciliation, and investor record-related matters.
- Partner with internal teams including Product, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Technology, and Client Solutions to ensure seamless service delivery and accurate client communications.
- Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings, RFP discussions, onboarding workshops, and prospective client pitches when required.
- Demonstrate platform capabilities and workflows to prospective clients and partners as part of the sales and onboarding process.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives by leveraging AI tools, workflow automation, and data analytics to enhance productivity, reduce operational risk, and improve scalability.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes, reduce manual effort, and improve service quality across investor servicing functions.
- Assist in documenting procedures, developing best practices, and promoting operational excellence across the Investor Relations organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.

5–8 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Investor Services, Fund Operations, Client Services, Transfer Agency, or Alternative Investments.
- Experience supporting private equity, private credit, hedge funds, real assets, or other alternative investment products is highly desirable.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Cantonese and/or Thai would be a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across global teams.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interest in financial technology and digital transformation.
