Senior Product Manager

London · On-site

About this role

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 Alpha - our rapidly developed humanoid platform now running in real industrial pilots - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Fleet Management System (FMS) product line and lead the application team building it. Fleet management is central to Humanoid's commercial model - it's what lets us sell more robots per site, prove ROI to customers, and scale toward a large multi-site, multi-fleet future. You'll lead the execution for key system capabilities that orchestrate robots from robot bring-up, single-robot task execution, up to fleets spanning multiple facilities and customers. You’ll be trusted to work independently, with key deliverables reviewed at critical points.

What You'll Do

  • Articulate and execute the product roadmap across facility, customer, and global fleet scales

  • Lead the engineering team's backlog, priorities, and setting product direction

  • Define capabilities across the robot and fleet lifecycle: multi-robot tasking and swap-in/swap-out, fault handling and intervention workflows, safety event alerting and task-resume flows, and orchestrated battery swap

  • Drive the evolution of the FMS interface by leveraging AI to create more intuitive and efficient user interaction workflows.

  • Partner with engineering to lead the staged rollout of fleet capabilities against defined fleet-level success criteria and metrics.

  • Translate external customer and internal stakeholder inputs into value-prioritised requirements, represent the fleet roadmap in customer-facing conversations and demos

We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years of related product management experience, including leading or setting direction for engineering teams

  • Hands-on experience with fleet management, asset telemetry, or multi-agent orchestration platforms, ideally at scale

  • Comfort with, or strong interest in, agentic/AI-driven product design

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field

  • Experience in intralogistics, manufacturing, retail, energy, or construction a strong plus

  • Comfortable with occasional travel to pilot and deployment sites.

What We Offer

  • Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of annual leave (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid bank holidays and company holidays.

  • Fully funded private healthcare for UK employees, with broad provider access, virtual and in‑person care, and strong mental health and serious illness support.

  • Pension scheme with a total 8% contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.

  • Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in‑office.

  • Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.

  • Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.

Company at a glance

In a world where artificial intelligence opens up new horizons, our faith in its potential unveils a new outlook where, together, humans and machines build a new future filled with knowledge, inspiration, and incredible discoveries.

The development of a functional humanoid robot underpins an era of abundance and well-being where poverty will disappear, and people will be able to choose what they want to do.

We can imagine millions of bipedal robots doing more work than all human labour does today freeing people from the servitude of some repetitive and boring tasks that nobody likes to perform.

We believe that we have enough abundance to take care of everyone who is displaced. Eventually, providing a universal basic income will lead to the true evolution of our civilization.

Labor shortages loom, as the demands on our built environment rise. With the world’s workforce increasingly moving away from undesirable tasks, the manufacturing, construction, and logistics industries critical to our daily lives are left exposed.

By deploying our general-purpose humanoid robots in environments deemed hazardous or monotonous, we envision a future where human well-being is safeguarded while closing the gaps in critical global labour needs.
