Overview
We’re looking for a Mid-weight Designer who believes their best work is ahead of them. Someone who’s unafraid to challenge things and bring new ideas to the table. We are a mid-sized team of designers, writers, strategists and project managers, and we are always looking for ways to improve and drive positive change in the world.
You’ll need to be empathetic, a team player and an excellent communicator. You’ll work closely with the design team as an integral part of the branding process. You’ll contribute to projects across brand communication, rebrands and other creative challenges.
You’ll need to be conscientious: there’s a good reason for everything we do and for every decision we take, so you’ll need to be someone who demonstrates this same degree of care — both in your work and your interactions with others. You’ll be collaborating with strategists, writers, client managers and development teams to make the work stronger at every step.
What we’re looking for:
- You’re passionate about design excellence, big ideas, and storytelling
- You’re a keen collaborator - aligning with the needs of your team and striving to deliver great work
- You have a curious mind, an appetite for innovation, and a deep interest in the way brands express themselves
- You will be a skilled generalist with a particular interest in digital
- You're comfortable delving into the unknown and exploring new territories - reimagining ideas into something unique
- You have created distinctive design work for brands that helped them stand out from their competition
You’ll need to be:
- Fluent in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Desirable, but not essential:
- Experience using Figma and Google Slides
- A basic understanding of motion design
Benefits
- Flexi-hours: We offer flexi-time around our core working hours to allow for personal commitments.
- Hybrid working: Our team split their time between our studio in Farringdon, central London, and remote working.
- Career development: We have a considered and robust framework for career development, as well as an annual training budget of £1,000 to further your skill set and knowledge.
- Holidays: 28 days per year (in addition to public holidays)
- Company sick pay scheme
- Private healthcare: We offer comprehensive, fully-subsidised private health insurance from Vitality. This includes an employee assistance programme, discounted gym membership, a reward scheme that offers Amazon Prime, cinema tickets, and fitness tracking devices.
- Family friendly: Enhanced maternity and paternity packages
- Socials: We organise regular studio socials
