About this role
The Sales Developer (Booker) is responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, identifying their needs, presenting the value of the company’s solutions, and scheduling product demonstration appointments for senior sales representatives. This role plays a crucial part in building the sales pipeline and supporting revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Identify and qualify customer needs and opportunities.
- Present the benefits and advantages of the company’s products/services based on customer activity.
- Schedule demo appointments for senior sales representatives.
- Accurately record customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Cooperate closely with the senior sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Performance Targets (KPIs)
- Minimum 60 scheduled demos per month.
- Minimum 20 completed demos per month (conducted by senior sales representatives).
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and articulate value.
- Goal-oriented, persistent, and motivated by results.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Willingness to learn and develop in a sales career.
Salary
- Base salary (fixed): CZK 32,000
- Variable component CZK 13,000
Maximum gross salary (month) of CZK 45,000.
