Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Fluent Slovak – an advantage, as daily communication often involves Slovak stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to conduct polite, structured, and goal‑oriented calls with various project roles.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
- Experience in call centers, administration, or customer communication is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of construction is welcome.
- Resilience to rejection and strong professionalism.
- Team spirit and willingness to learn.
Main Responsibilities
- Performing telephone verification of planned and ongoing construction projects in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
- Contacting investors, designers, general contractors, and other project participants.
- Following methodology, call scripts, GDPR communication, and professional standards.
- Entering collected data into the internal RSM system and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Regularly updating project statuses.
- Cooperating with the team to enhance data quality.
