Hubexo is a leading provider of SMART data solutions for the construction industry, monitoring planned and ongoing construction projects across Europe. Our data helps manufacturers of construction materials and technologies access new business opportunities and make data‑driven decisions. We are expanding our international team and looking for a colleague responsible for verifying construction projects in Switzerland.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Fluent German (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to obtain and verify information from various project roles (Architect, Bauherr, General Contractor, Project Manager).
- High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
- Experience in call centers, administration, or research is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of construction terminology is a plus.
- Analytical thinking and ability to work independently.
Main Responsibilities
- Verifying construction project information in Switzerland via phone and email.
- Contacting architects, investors, project offices, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Gathering information about project status, timeline, contacts, and involved companies.
- Entering collected data into the internal RSM system.
- Updating project status regularly based on available information.
- Cooperating with the team to improve data quality.
