The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Make.com Integration / Automation Architect to join our growing Business Systems Program team.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable integrations and workflow automations across Hubexo’s core enterprise platforms, including HubSpot, NetSuite, Chargebee, DealHub, and other business-critical systems.

You will play a key role in driving automation initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and enabling seamless data connectivity across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about integration architecture, APIs, automation platforms, and modern SaaS ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy integrations between HubSpot, NetSuite, Chargebee, DealHub, and other core business systems
  • Utilize Make.com as the primary integration and automation platform alongside APIs and custom scripting solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Ensure integrations meet security, scalability, reliability, and performance standards
  • Develop and maintain data mappings, workflow documentation, and integration dependencies
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration workflows and automation processes
  • Support deployment, version control, and change management activities
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline business operations across departments
  • Contribute to architecture discussions, technical improvements, and best practices within the Business Systems Program
  • Collaborate with global teams and external vendors when required

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in system integration, automation, or software development
  • Proven hands-on experience designing and building integrations using Make.com, APIs, and modern integration frameworks
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, API keys), and data mapping
  • Solid knowledge of API design, workflow automation, and data transformation concepts
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript or Python
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience documenting, maintaining, and optimizing complex integration environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience integrating enterprise SaaS platforms such as HubSpot, NetSuite, Chargebee, and DealHub
  • Certifications in Make.com or other integration/automation platforms
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments
  • Familiarity with iPaaS platforms such as Zapier, Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Celigo
  • Exposure to ERP, CRM, billing, or subscription management systems
  • Knowledge of webhook architecture, event-driven systems, and middleware design patterns
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, or DevOps practices
  • Understanding of data governance, security best practices, and compliance standards
  • Experience supporting global or multi-regional business operations
  • Exposure to AI-powered automation tools and workflow optimization technologies
