The Graduate Data Author plays a key role in creating, developing, and maintaining high‑quality technical content that underpins Hubexo’s global product portfolio. This role is focused on producing accurate, structured, and market‑ready technical information — including specifications, product data, and digital construction content — that aligns with international standards and supports customers across global markets.

Success in this role depends on strong attention to detail, clear technical communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across regions. You will ensure all content is consistent, technically robust, and optimised for digital platforms, enabling customers to make confident, well‑informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain high‑quality technical content for global building product specifications and structured data models.
• Develop new product content using manufacturer documentation, technical literature, and recognised international standards.
• Create, manage, and maintain links to global certification schemes and third‑party accreditations.
• Ensure all content adheres to Hubexo style guides, quality standards, and global consistency requirements.
• Complete manufacturer‑requested product data updates with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Proofread and moderate manufacturer‑submitted data and supporting documentation.
• Classify products using Uniclass, CAWS, and other relevant global classification systems.
• Upload BIM‑related and structured product information to NBS platforms.
• Manage shared mailboxes and respond effectively to customer queries.
• Host technical WebEx sessions with customers when required.
• Support the sales team by responding to technical and product‑related queries.
• Publish, maintain, and archive content within NBS systems.
• Write clear, concise, and customer‑focused product descriptions, applying SEO best practice.
• Support quality assurance activities to ensure data accuracy and usability.
• Work collaboratively with Technical Authors and the wider Commercial team to support smooth onboarding and delivery.
