Job Title: Partner Operations Specialist
Job Location: Budapest, Hungary
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily operations of the general distributor related to EB, including alignment of the general distributor's BP, QBR, and weekly meetings. Specific tasks include scoring the general distributor's MBO, implementing MKT brand activities, monthly alignment of PSI, organizing partner enablement and training activities.
2. Responsible for the application and acceptance of partner MDF and JMF brand activities, and coordinating with suppliers to complete internal activity expansion.
3. Analyze various business data to identify and recognize issues, propose business recommendations, support supervisor decision-making, and also take on the responsibilities of formulating partner policies, developing partner capabilities, and maintaining partner health.
Requirements:
3–5 years of relevant experience in ICT, Telecommunications, or High-Tech sectors.
Strong background in Distribution Management, Channel Sales, or Partner Account Management.
Proven track record in managing and aligning daily operations with General Distributors.
Deep understanding of Business Planning (BP) and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
Experience in setting, scoring, and tracking distributor performance using Management by Objectives (MBO) metrics.
Hands-on experience in managing monthly PSI (Purchase, Sales, and Inventory) alignment processes.
Experience in executing marketing brand activities and coordinating with third-party vendors/suppliers to fulfill internal compliance and activity expansion.
Demonstrated capability in organizing Partner Enablement and training programs to build partner capabilities.
Experience in formulating partner policies, maintaining partner health, and developing structured ecosystem capabilities.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory for regional and global stakeholder communication.
