About this role

Working alongside a professional team in the Group’s Corporate Office, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Sustainability (Fixed-Term Contract) to join the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Department. This fixed-term position has been established to provide maternity leave cover from October 2026 to February 2027. In this role, you will support the delivery of key sustainability initiatives across the Group, with a focus on sustainability reporting, ESG data management, and corporate sustainability strategy. Working closely with the Head of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability and the wider team, you will contribute to advancing the Group’s sustainability objectives and commitments.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate the preparation and publication of the Group’s Annual Sustainability Report, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
  • Manage sustainability data collection and support external assurance processes to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to facilitate sustainability reporting, review, and publication activities.
  • Support the evaluation and selection of sustainability data management platforms to enhance ESG reporting capabilities.
  • Coordinate the Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, including requirements gathering, vendor engagement, proposal evaluation, and solution assessments.
  • Prepare management reports, recommendations, and dashboards to support sustainability performance monitoring and decision-making.
  • Track sustainability goals, commitments, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while contributing to ongoing ESG initiatives and projects.

 

General requirements

  • Degree holder in subjects related to Sustainability, Environmental Management, Sustainable Development, Environmental Policy, Economics, Tourism and Hospitality, or a related field
  • Experience in coordinating sustainability reporting processes and familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g. HKEX ESG Code, GRI and ISSB)
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • General knowledge of corporate sustainability and ESG topics
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written communication, presentation and data management skills
  • Prior experience in hospitality, luxury and/or publicly listed companies would be advantageous
