Inventory Control Agent

Job DetailsJob Location: Apollo Freight LAX - Los Angeles, CA 90045Salary Range: $21.00 - $24.00 HourlyWe are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Agent to support inventory accuracy, system updates, and daily warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, system-savvy, and capable of maintaining accurate inventory records in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure system data is up to date
Support inbound and outbound order processing, including basic shipping and receiving activities
Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and reconciliations
Review shipment information for accuracy and report discrepancies as needed
Help ensure alignment between system records and physical inventory
Maintain organized documentation and support audit readiness
Communicate inventory updates or issues to relevant stake holders
Follow standard procedures and support overall warehouse operations
Assist in identifying process improvements.

QualificationsQualifications

1–4 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or WMS-related roles.
Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to follow processes and work independently in a structured environment.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
