European Pressurised Reactor  Fleet Collaboration Project Manager 
Sizewell C


Location: Hybrid -London (2/3 days per week), with occasional travel to other project locations
Contract: Permanent, full-time. 
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits 
Benefits include: 
Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays. 
Bonus: 5% annual bonus. 
Pension Contributions: Defined Contribution Pension Scheme with up to 7.5% employee contribution 15% employer contribution.

About the Role


You will be responsible for coordinating strategic collaboration activities across the European Pressurised Reactor fleet , ensuring operational experience, technical innovations and delivery improvements are effectively identified, evaluated and implemented.
 

You will be responsible for coordinating strategic collaboration activities across the European Pressurised Reactor (EPR) fleet, ensuring operational experience, technical innovations, and delivery improvements are identified, evaluated, and implemented. Working across engineering, construction, commissioning, supply chain, and programme teams, you will play a key role in accelerating project performance through knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and cross-project collaboration.


About You


Project management qualification with direct experience in project management.
Educated to a degree level or equivalent.
Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams within major infrastructure, engineering, energy, or capital delivery projects.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
Ability to manage competing priorities, allocate resources effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Effective influencer with the ability lead and inspire cross-functional teams and build collaborative relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and allocate resources effectively.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, including KPI development, performance monitoring, and reporting.
Experience of working in a complex, regulated organisation (nuclear industry experience is preferred but not essential)
 

Principal Accountabilities
 

Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing across the EPR fleet, promoting lessons learned, innovation, and best practice.
Support delivery of the Collaboration Agreement and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and value.
Develop and monitor collaboration KPIs, ensuring compliance with governance and contractual requirements.
Build effective relationships across the EPR fleet and wider stakeholder groups, acting as a key link between projects.
Support stakeholder engagement, communications, and organisational learning initiatives.
Champion continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing performance-enhancing solution
