Job Summary

This role serves as the finance lead for the Home Traditional Print Hardware portfolio, partnering closely with GBU leadership to drive profitability, portfolio optimization, and strategic decision-making. The role provides end-to-end financial ownership across pricing, cost, volume, and mix, supporting both ongoing business performance and NPI execution.

The position requires strong business acumen, ability to influence cross-functional teams, and deep expertise in hardware financial modeling, ARU/margin management, and long-term portfolio strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Portfolio & P&L Ownership

  • Lead financial management of the Home Traditional portfolio (Inkjet), including revenue, margin, cost, and mix.
  • Drive quarterly performance analysis (actuals vs. forecast vs. LTP) with clear insights on drivers and risks.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and optimize product positioning.

2. Pricing & ARU Management

  • Partner with business teams to define and execute pricing strategy (ARU management, promo ROI, elasticity).
  • Monitor and explain ARU trends vs. targets, identifying drivers and corrective actions.
  • Support market competitiveness while protecting margin structure.

3. NPI Financial Leadership

  • Own financial modeling and business case support for new product introductions (NPIs).
  • Ensure alignment between cost targets, pricing, and margin expectations.
  • Partner with engineering, product management, and supply chain on cost roadmap and trade-offs.

4. Long-Term Planning

  • Supports LTP for the Traditional portfolio, ensuring alignment with GBU strategy.
  • Translate business assumptions into robust financial outlooks and scenarios.
  • Identify risks and opportunities early and proactively influence business decisions.

5. Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to GBU leaders, product managers, and regional teams.
  • Influence decisions across marketing, supply chain, and engineering.
  • Represent finance in global planning and business review forums.

6. Analytics & Insights

  • Deliver clear, executive-ready insights on business performance.
  • Simplify complex data into key messages, drivers, and actions.
  • Leverage tools (Excel, Anaplan, automation) to improve speed and quality of insights.

7. Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, reporting automation, and financial processes.
  • Strengthen data integrity and governance across key financial metrics.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Typically 7–10+ years of experience in financial planning or business finance.
  • Experience in product/portfolio finance, preferably in hardware or consumer products.

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
