Your role at Hostinger

Hostinger is growing 50+% YoY, and we’re looking for an experienced People Business Partner to help us continue growing without losing what makes us fast. As part of Hostinger's People team, you'll be responsible for aligning business objectives with people matters, being a trusted and strategic advisor, coach, and change agent to senior leadership in the Finance, Revenue, and Business operations departments, responsible for over 100 employees. You will also contribute to the People team's overall agenda and manage people-related projects across the organization.

Your day-to-day

• Acting as a trusted partner to managers, providing advice and guidance on people-related matters, such as performance and talent management, employee relations, salary, and organizational design.

• Coaching managers to improve their leadership skills, including communication, delegation, employee engagement, and change management.

• Analyzing and identifying effectiveness bottlenecks across the organization and working with managers to develop solutions to address them.

• Analyzing people data and providing insights to inform business decisions and improve people outcomes.

• Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless candidate experience and support the hiring process for key roles.

• Leading or contributing to various People Team projects that support Hostinger's culture and business objectives. A few notable projects in the last few years are:

  • Introduction of the Culture Buddies concept;

  • Introduction of the Ambidexterity concept in the organization through major leadership learning events;

  • Own Mindset Map building - assessment designed to explore the personality traits that support high performance and adaptability in a fast-changing environment;

  • Design and execution of internal company research on topics such as cross-team collaboration, first-year tenure, or new-hire high performers;

What will help you succeed

• Proven experience as an HR / People business partner, working directly with C-level stakeholders.

• Real business acumen - you understand what a business needs strategically and can translate that into a people agenda

• Experience in a fast-growing tech (B2C and/or SaaS) is an advantage

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations quickly.

• Ability to spot details while connecting different points to find patterns and see the bigger picture.

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

• Fluent in English and Lithuanian

Compensation

Salary starting from €4,600 gross/month, depending on your experience and skills.
