  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management

    • Lead and develop the data team, creating a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    • Work closely with senior leadership and technical/non-technical stakeholders to align data initiatives with business priorities.

    • Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Strong understanding of BI, data analytics, AI/ML, reporting, visualisation, data architecture, infrastructure, and governance.

  • Hands-on understanding of MLOps, including tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or DVC, and ML CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience with GCP and/or AWS and cloud infrastructure for production ML environments.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing and ambiguous environment.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal.
