Responsibilities

 

• Perform work according to standard accounting practices while processing and completing month-end processes, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Support assigned region in areas of accounting and finance within and outside of the month-end close process. Additionally support compliance initiatives. 
• Maintains high degree of discretion when working with confidential financial data.
• Interact with branch operations to include branches audits, region compliance, and attending MBR’s.
• Ensures accurate and timely processing of financial functions with each area. Identifies potential issues and implements appropriate resolution strategies.
• Maintain Purchase Card logs for approval and audit compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

    Must have a degree in Accounting or Finance with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.  Detail oriented.
