We are currently recruiting for Care Assistants

Driving license essential with access to vehicle and must have the right to work in the UK
Responsibilities include:
- Home Help – Helping with everyday tasks from tidying, laundry, hoovering and meal preparation/cooking.
- Companionship – Ensuring clients enjoy social interactions daily from chatting, playing their favourite board games etc, to going on social outing days or accompanying to appointments/shopping.
- Personal care – Supporting clients with every day routines such as showering, dressing, grooming to keep them healthy and independent.
- Medication support – prompting, assisting & administering

- Visiting the same clients to allow you to build up a relationship and our client’s have continuity.

Qualifications
Prior care experience is desired but not essential.
We are looking for kind and compassionate people like you to join our Home Instead team. Whether you have direct experience in care, personally or professionally, or are just starting out – we offer industry leading training to all of our Care Assistants to help you help others.
Our only requirements are:
• A caring nature, and the desire to make a positive impact on others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, reliable and adaptable to our clients' needs
• A driving licence & access to a reliable vehicle is essential
