Aspire Home Healthcare is seeking an experienced Office Clerk to professionally handle a high level of call volume, faxes, medical orders and emails for our growing company.
Aspire offers a competitive salary, 3 weeks of PDO per year, one-on-one patient care, referral bonuses up to $500, and regular evaluations with annual merit increases. Our full-time employees enjoy a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision and life insurance as well as a 401K match after one year of employment.
Duties Include
Answering phones timely and effectively.
Transfer calls to the appropriate staff.
Triage calls to the appropriate individual.
Manage orders and scans/faxes from healthcare offices.
Follow up on calls with emails.
Assist with other healthcare administrative tasks including medical records.
QualificationsQualifications Include
3 years of experience in a position with high call volume.
2 years of experience in a medical office, preferable!
Ability to work 8 AM – 5 PM from our office in Yuba City
