What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality, compassionate in-home care
Assist patients with daily activities and personal care
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Communicate effectively with the care team and families
Travel daily to patient homes (reliable transportation required)
QualificationsRequirements
Active CHHA certification
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience (home health preferred)
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Self-motivated with a passion for helping others
