What you’ll do

• Manage complex and urgent freight quotations

• Validate pricing competitiveness and accuracy

• Act as SME for non-standard requests

• Support workload distribution and escalations

• Coach junior team members

• Identify process and rate gaps

Requirements

Must have:

• 3+ years in freight pricing

• Strong experience across Air, Ocean & Inland

• Advanced Excel

• Strong analytical thinking

• Advanced English

Nice to have:

• Experience mentoring or coaching others
