Senior Solution Analyst / IT Business Analyst - JD
- Working Location: HK – ETT office
- Experience: 3–8 years’ experience
- Strong business knowledge and technical background
- Documentation on Functional specifications and technical specifications
- Strong SQL knowledge (Oracle)
- Well communication with users and IT developers
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and other related frameworks for microservices development.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for software development, security, and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the software development landscape.
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Conducted code reviews and provided constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify and address team performance issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage project risks and dependencies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
