The opportunity

You will be a part of the future Energy Transformation as a Cybersecurity Project security and Access employee at Hitachi Energy. You will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of various activities to support our delivery projects You will ensure that activities are performed on time, within budget and meet the high-security standards expected from a global technology leader.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Participate in supplier dialogue in relation to requirements for Cybersecurity and standards, vulnerability management, risk, assessments, and operational security process improvements.

  • Execute activities according to Cybersecurity standards and company requirements.

  • Handle company activities related to background checks required by customer contracts.

  • Perform access restriction activities related to customer contracts.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, developing contingency plans and escalating critical concerns.

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, vendors, and internal and external stakeholders.

Your background

  • You are structured, open-minded and communicative.

  • Proven working experience in relevant field e.g. within HVDC, Cybersecurity, or similar.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in either technical field or procurement is required.

  • As you will be part of a company that operates on a global arena, fluency in English is required. Swedish is strongly preferable for collaboration with local stakeholders.

  • You are a curious person with the drive to challenge yourself and the organization for continuous development in both short and long term.

  • Experiences in office tools and documentation system is a requirement.
