The opportunity

Join Hitachi Energy Transformers as a Global Enterprise Architect and help shape the future of our enterprise architecture landscape. In this role, drive architecture governance, guide application roadmap decisions, and connect business priorities with scalable IT solutions. Contribute to the evolution of the Enterprise Architecture function while supporting business growth across global Transformers operations.

How you'll make an impact

  • Drive enterprise architecture governance across assigned business functions.
  • Partner with business leaders to align IT strategy with Transformers business objectives.
  • Define and maintain architecture roadmaps, standards, and target-state architectures.
  • Translate business demands into scalable, compliant, and business-driven IT solutions.
  • Ensure end-to-end consistency across business processes, technologies, applications, and platforms.
  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions supporting business goals.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams on application lifecycle planning.
  • Guide Solution Architects and project teams during solution delivery.
  • Support development of architecture processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Improve EA transparency through architecture data, reporting, and tooling.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and cross-BU initiatives.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions across sales, engineering, R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, project management, and IT domains.
  • Support alignment between business-specific solutions and global applications.

Your background

  • 5-10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture.
  • Experience working in international and multicultural organizations.
  • Proven ability to bridge business and IT and influence stakeholders at different levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture governance and application landscape management.
  • Knowledge of SAP LeanIX, ServiceNow, MuleSoft, Azure technologies, and Microsoft platforms.
  • Understanding of TOGAF, ITIL 4, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
