About the role
This role will primarily focus on our breakfast service within the Restaurant, while also supporting operations across In-Room Dining, Events, Lunch and Dinner. Operating on a rotating roster, you will thrive as part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Specifically, this role will involve:
Demonstrating high standards of customer service
Receiving orders and serving customer requests
Understanding menu content, and any changes or promotional activations
Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-prepared service area
Preparing of mise-en-place
What are we looking for?
Must have a current and valid Victorian ‘Responsible Service of Alcohol’ certificate
Experience working in a restaurant, bar or function space is required
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bring positive energy, a friendly vibe, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
Ability to work around a 7 day week roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
