Are you looking for a hands-on job in a fast-paced environment? Hilltop Camper & RV is hiring a RV Detailer to keep our RVs looking their best and maintain the overall appearance of our lot. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and has an eye for detail.
We’re looking for someone who…
- Is detail-oriented and takes pride in their work.
- Enjoys working independently and as part of a team.
- Can lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
- Is comfortable using cleaning tools and light maintenance equipment.
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and detail RV interiors and exteriors to ensure they are showroom-ready.
- Wash and apply product protectant to RV exteriors.
- Clean and sanitize RV interiors.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stocked.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
Experience:
- Previous experience in detailing or cleaning is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and follow established cleaning and maintenance procedures.
Hilltop Camper & RV, with stores in Fridley, Oronoco, Brainerd, and Alexandria, MN, is a 3rd generation family-owned camper & RV dealership that employs approximately 130 employees and sells, services, and outfits campers and RVs. Our employees provide consultative selling, appropriate financing options, a variety of parts and accessories, and quality service to their campers. As Dick's family grew, his four sons, Dave, Mike, James, and Jeffrey, became involved in the business and, when Jerry retired in 2012, they stepped in to help Dick manage the business.
Today, as a testament to the Pearos' continued customer focus and forward-thinking, Hilltop has grown to 4 locations: Fridley, Brainerd, Rochester, and Alexandria with additional family members joining its many loyal employees - all dedicated to further raising the bar of quality and service.
