Program Manager

Hill International is seeking a Program Manager – Utilities for Texas. This is a full-time position.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about managing utility programs and projects on large campuses. This is an opportunity to be part of growing a team of project managers and building a practice in Western United States. Extensive experience with a variety of projects and the ability to manage multiple clients and teams is required.
