How you’ll contribute 

A Program Director who excels in this role is responsible for the overall administration, planning, development, and financial operations of the rehabilitation program, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards. Additional responsibilities include: 

  • Oversees the operations of the inpatient rehabilitation program including clinical, financial, and administrative performance.
  • Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with treatment standards.
  • Develops and manages departmental budgets, goals, and strategic plans.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agencies.
  • Supervises and develops staff; provides ongoing training and support.
  • Analyzes performance metrics and implements quality improvement initiatives.
  • Represents the rehab program in internal and external meetings.

 What we’re looking for 

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a clinical discipline or healthcare management required with a master’s degree preferred. Additional requirements include: 

  • Experience: minimum of 3 years in rehab leadership or administration. Experience in inpatient rehab management preferred. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills required.
  • License: valid clinical license as applicable by state.
