Groundskeeper
About this role
The Groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the resort’s exterior and common areas. This includes debris and trash removal, power washing, and reporting any maintenance concerns. The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping the property clean, safe, and welcoming for all guests and staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Pick up trash, litter, and debris throughout the resort grounds and common areas.
- Power wash walkways, patios, and other outdoor surfaces as needed.
- Regularly inspect and clean common outdoor areas, including entrances, sidewalks, and recreational spaces.
- Remove natural debris such as leaves, branches, and other obstructions.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance team promptly.
- Assist with minor outdoor upkeep tasks when requested.
- Support special event setups and seasonal property needs.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Valid Driver's License.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 18 years of age, have one year of driving experience and a valid driver's license.
- Must have the ability to operate motorized equipment.
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
- Must have the ability to read, write and verbally communicate effectively.
- Must meet company-required motor vehicle policy standards.
- Must have open availability and be able to work weekends and holidays.
