Regional Account Director
About this role
Purpose of the job
The Regional Account Director for APAC is responsible for leading and developing HH Global’s regional partnership with our Consumer Electronic Client across APAC, with an initial focus on Japan, Korea and Australia, and a mandate to support future expansion into additional APAC markets.
This role is critical in strengthening HH Global’s strategic relationship with client, ensuring that regional marketing operations, retail execution and in-store marketing solutions are delivered to the highest standard, on time, and in line with agreed operational, commercial and client objectives.
The RAD will act as a senior regional partner to Client and a key leadership point within the HH Global account structure, translating Client’s regional and market requirements into clear account plans, effective operational delivery, and scalable solutions across APAC. The role will require close partnership with the Global Account Director (GAD) to ensure regional activity is fully aligned to the global Client account strategy, governance model and commercial priorities.
The RAD will provide leadership to the APAC account team, including AMs and ADs supporting Japan, Korea and Australia, with responsibility for setting regional direction, supporting performance, driving consistency across markets, and ensuring the team is equipped to deliver against Client’s expectations. The role requires a strong leader who can balance day-to-day client support with longer-term regional strategy, bringing together commercial acumen, operational excellence, innovation and team leadership.
