About this role
Develop and maintain applications using PEGA PRPC (7.x, 8.x, 24.1.x), SOAP/REST, XML, Oracle, and other relevant technologies.
- Design and implement new technical features for the product, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Provide solution options for application performance optimization and address technical challenges.
- Implement and follow Agile/Scrum methodologies for efficient project delivery.
- Ensure the performance and quality of the codebase meet organizational standards.
- Drive automation initiatives in areas such as coding, testing, and deployment to improve efficiency.
- Support QA processes and deployments, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure their successful completion within deadlines.
- Adhere to and deliver responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity. Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills
- CSSA Certification or CSA certification
- 5+ years of experience of designing and developing Pega PRPC Applications (1-2 years or more experience with Pega CSSA Qualification)
- Pega PRPC 8.x or higher platform experience is a must.
- Experience in Pega upgrade projects is a must
- Expertise in design, development, and implementation of process-based solutions and Business Rules
- Experience with object-oriented analysis and design patterns and techniques
- Experience with SOAP/REST services/connectors Consultant should travel to Trivandrum for a month to take KT. There after he/she can work from anywhere in India Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills Should be self-driven and a team player Work collaboratively with a willingness to listen and work in the fast-paced challenging environment.
