POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating entire project functions, including updating databases, project scope books, and tracking systems for various design, fabrication, and installation functions and issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Coordinator will oversee and direct the following:

§ Ensure that all members of the assigned project team have complete and current information on project scope, budget, schedule and strategies;

§ Develop and maintain current lists of components and elements of the facility and show portions of the project;

§ Prepare and maintain a current Owner Furnished Items list for all components of the assigned area from identification to production, procurement and installation.

§ Assist in the organizing and reporting on project team meetings and tracking action items, insuring prompt and efficient communication to all interested parties;

§ Assist the project team with the coordination, gathering and dissemination of all facility input data;

§ Track all correspondence between Vendors and the Project Team;

§ Track action item tasks assigned to project team members and follow-up on issues to be resolved;

§ Assist with other special assignments as tasked by the Project Director;

§ Coordinate all technical aspects of the project;

§ Coordinate crating, item tracking and shipping of all project components;

§ Coordinate spare parts and consumables list and any necessary procurement;

§ Performs other duties as assigned.

 

 

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

 

Earning or possess a degree in economics, finance, hospitality management, business, project management, or other related/adjacent fields.

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

 

Proficient in MS Office and related software, critical thinking, and research capabilities.
