The Opportunity:
We are looking for a talented person with Refrigeration and HVAC experience to become a Counter Sales Representative at our Elyria, OH location. Responsibilities of this position will include:
- Assist in the day-to-day activities within the branch and assist in the effective operations.
- Work with team members to increase the sales results and market share of our lead product lines.
- Manage inventory through current systems and processes
- Build relationships with current key customers and assist in cultivating new accounts.
- Becoming skilled at the vast product lineup that the company offers
Job Requirements Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in the Refrigeration and HVAC industry.
- Experience selling in distribution and wholesale channels
- Technical field experience is a plus but not required
- Proficient computer skills for reporting requirements as well as access and use of the company software system - NetSuite
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to develop strong business relationships and alliances, externally and internally
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time wisely
- Strong desire to meet goals and objectives
- Maintains a sense of urgency, proactive
- Ability to solve problems effectively
- Creative approach to problem solving
